These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace55 ("ace55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace55 website located at ace55.club, including all products, services, features, and content made available through it.

By accessing the ace55 website, completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Access to and use of ace55 is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

To access the full features of ace55, you must create a registered account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to keep your account information updated at all times.

ace55 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following before deposits, withdrawals, or full platform access are granted:

• A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document no older than three months);
• A selfie or live photo verification as requested by the compliance team;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ace55 may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account. ace55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

ace55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be amended by ace55 at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your ace55 account balance in PKR. ace55 does not charge deposit processing fees as a general rule; however, your payment provider may apply charges which are outside the control of ace55.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your ace55 account;
• ace55 reserves the right to apply a processing review period of up to 5 business days for withdrawal requests, and longer in cases where additional verification is required;
• ace55 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected pending investigation;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.

All bets and wagers placed on ace55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of that bet or game.

ace55 reserves the right to void, refuse, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Bets placed after an event has concluded or where the result was already known at the time of placement;
• Bets placed in error at manifestly incorrect odds due to system malfunction or human error;
• Bets that ace55 has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any form of corruption;
• Bets that form part of a coordinated arbitrage strategy intended to exploit pricing inefficiencies to the detriment of ace55.

PSL cricket betting on ace55 is subject to the general cricket betting rules as published in the Cricket Betting section of the platform. Markets are priced and settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. ace55 shall not be liable for any loss arising from delays in official result confirmation.

ace55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available to players.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ace55 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in individual promotion terms;
• ace55 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace55 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or legal action as appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider trading, or corrupt betting activity;
• Use of automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with games on ace55;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a manner designed to gain unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using ace55 to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity;
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract data from the ace55 platform without written authorisation.

All content on the ace55 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of ace55 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Content without the prior written consent of ace55.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace55 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ace55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ace55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond the reasonable control of ace55 may result in temporary unavailability. ace55 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

ace55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or legal authority;
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon closure of your account, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges and forfeiture of bonus funds will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all required verification.

ace55 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any court in any jurisdiction as a result of a player's use of the platform from that jurisdiction. Users are responsible for their own legal compliance.

ace55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or to prevent harm. Continued use of ace55 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
